Established in 2021 by Jarhn Blutstein, East End Mixology has been delighting clients throughout the Hamptons with fresh, original, and thoughtfully crafted libations. After years in the restaurant and hotel industry, Jarhn transitioned her craft into the private homes of the guests she loved entertaining most—bringing elevated cocktail experiences into intimate, personal settings.

When blueprinting new cocktails, Jarhn seamlessly blurs the line between classic and modern. With an acute sense of balance, she keeps seasonality and local flavor profiles at the forefront of every menu. Her innovative batching techniques streamline cocktail execution, allowing for seamless service while maintaining the integrity and quality of each drink.

Jarhn has worked on the East End of Long Island in hospitality since 2014, most notably serving as Beverage Director at Gurney’s Montauk and Gurney’s Star Island Resort from 2017–2020. Her passion for entertaining, elegant cocktail creation, and unmatched attention to detail define every East End Mixology experience—alongside a deep commitment to personalized hospitality.

Book an interactive mixology class and learn how to create world class cocktails in your own home. From bartending 101, classic cocktails or new riffs on the classics, we will customize a package that works for you. Available for parties of 2-30 guests.
